to exist alone or we choose to live fully with all of the
benefits we can acquire of life, including health.

be fat. Our choices
sit on a scale, which slides back and forth depending on the
intensity of our desires...the
focus of our will.
You
must be willing to change your lifestyle to acquire your desire.
That is a small price to pay for the joys of clothes
shopping, slow comfortable yoga stretches, a vibrant sex life
and the flush of good health.
A very small price indeed, for all the benefits that
a healthy weight has to offer.
All
that is required from you is a commitment.
Not to me or your spouse or kids.
The commitment is to you.
You must make a commitment to your own health and take
steps to improve it.
